Introduction to role:

Join us at AstraZeneca's Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit. In this role, you will generate clinical demand for CVRM medicines with healthcare professionals (HCP). You will proactively identify new patient targets, present value propositions, and recommend patient-centric solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to fuse science with business and set the direction for our pipeline.

Accountabilities:

You will engage with HCPs to promote our medicines' value proposition, benefits of approved indications, product efficacy/safety profiles, and treatment protocols whilst establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with various colleagues both internally and externally. Coordinate workshops and educational events to facilitate knowledge sharing among relevant HCPs. Additionally, you will work with Sales Manager and/or marketing manager to develop and implement a strategy and actions to meet promotional objectives.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Education up-to university degree level - preferably in natural sciences

  • Previous sales experience within the relevant industry

  • Strong influencing skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • High ethical standards

  • Proficiency in both English and Lithuanian

  • Driver's license

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • CVRM experience

  • Excellent interpersonal capabilities in building long-lasting relationships and networks

  • Strategic approach

  • Negotiation skills

  • Project leadership skills
