T&D Business Analyst - Learning Systems

Accountabilities:
As a T&D Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing talent & development systems and processes. Your primary role will be to support the release management process for our cloud-based global talent & development platforms. You will be a key driver in evaluating existing T&D systems, recommending improvements, implementing new technologies to support our global learning initiatives, and working with business stakeholders to determine the deployment of new functionality and impacts on end users.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Expert business analyst with extensive experience with HR technology implementations (> 5 years)
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques to optimally drive projects from inception to implementation
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with collaborators at all levels in the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, to translate sophisticated requirements into practical solutions
- Meticulous mentality with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear and concise requirement specifications, user stories and process flows
- Effective time management skills – to work across multiple projects concurrently

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience with HRIS systems/platforms (i.e. Workday)
- Robotic / process automation experience
- Experience with working with agile methodologies
