Lead a team of stability professionals within the Global Stability Management (GSM) function at AstraZeneca. Ensure compliance with commercial stability obligations, manage global stability programs, and represent the stability function in strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team located in Mexico, collaborating with colleagues from around the world.

  • Global Stability Program: Oversee product stability strategy, plan, and data evaluation.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure integrity of stability study reports for regulatory submissions.

  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Lead investigational teams and participate in strategic projects.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and lean initiatives, track critical metrics, and support regulatory inspections.

Essential Skills

  • Strong team leadership and networking abilities.

  • Effective decision-making and communication skills.

  • Experience in pharmaceutical stability testing, manufacturing, or quality control.

  • Knowledge of biologics regulations and analytical techniques.

  • Technical writing and presentation skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in global organizations and change management.
