Senior Reward Specialist

Location: Warsaw, hybrid work (3 days from the office, 2 days from home)

Highly skilled and analytical person, responsible for conducting comprehensive internal and external data analysis to provide pivotal insights on reward strategies, eager to explore work with new technologies in reward. Participates in global reward processes, ensures access to market information (via cooperation with external data suppliers, participation in surveys, expertise in market pricing, with application of new tools and technologies).

Working in the Global Reward Insights Team you will have knowledge and experience in reward, excellent analytical capability, an eye for detail, a curiosity for information and new technologies, the ability to translate technical analysis into useful, business focused insights, as well as strong communication and consulting skills, eagerness to work as part of a team and contribute to the team’s success. Using market leading tools, you will continuously identify and implement annual process and technology improvements.

Our team’s objective is to design and deliver a leading-edge reward strategy supported by key market insights, policies and practices.

Focus & Challenge:

Team Accountabilities:

  • Work to maintain the Global Reward Insights Team as a renowned Centre of Expertise, through delivering consistently high-quality data, data management and analytical insight
  • Learn to understand various needs of the business, as identified globally, regionally and locally, and how these needs are met through the provision of reward data

Analytical & Reporting Accountabilities:

  • Using leading tools such as PowerBI and MarketPay, deliver high quality reward analysis, pay benchmarking, analysis of reward surveys for the global AZ population
  • Monitor markets and business areas’ alignment with global requirements
  • Support the annual rewarding performance cycle (e.g. annual base pay review) with preparation of analysis, charts, presentations, reports necessary for approval; liaise with adequate stakeholders
  • Provide analytical support in respect of queries received from reward community, pro-actively suggest focus areas and solutions; Present analysis findings in the form of insightful recommendations to guide reward decisions and policy formulation

Administrative / Support Accountabilities

  • Document, manage and improve processes to enable effective ways of working
  • Document and manage all related access and security requirements for reward surveys/tools
  • Plan and organise own workload so that activities are completed accurately and on time
  • Work with our data suppliers to manage our global data contracts

Candidate Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Data Handling / Analysis:

  • Exhibit a keen focus on the integration of new technologies, demonstrate proficiency in PowerBI, and exhibit knowledge of SQL as an additional asset
  • Able to think analytically and effectively, solve problems using creative solutions
  • Comfortable handling large quantities of data and producing insights with a keen attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proven ability to work with confidential data, expert user of Excel

Reward Knowledge & Experience

  • Has an awareness of market data and grading / job evaluation methodologies
  • Experience of using salary surveys – submitting data, extracting, and analysing data
