What you’ll do
As Medical Advisor, you will be supporting Medical TA Lead by being medical and scientific partner for cross-functional team, including but not limited to the CVRM marketing team to analyze the insights from the fields, giving input on medical strategy, and guiding team of Clinical Scientific Liaison (CSL) to ensure the excellence in medical activities executions. Be responsible for establishing and implementing policies, procedures and objectives to ensure medical and scientific accuracy of brand materials, and work closely with CVRM medical team to ensure medical CVRM growing as preferred scientific partner of Healthcare Professionals and giving impact on healthcare and disease management in Indonesia.
Essential for the role
Has minimal 3-5 years of experience of working in Medical Affairs Team at pharmaceutical company.
Has Good and holistic strategic thinking and understanding of disease and treatment.
Knowledge of legislation and medical governance relevant to pharmaceutical business environment
Fluency in English, both in oral and written language.
Desirable for the role
Preferrably a Medical Doctor. An Advanced scientific degree would be a benefit.
Project management and Change management experience
Experience creating information or innovation in delivering science to medics and non-medics community
