Associate Director, Research Strategy and Operations, Hematology R&D

We are looking for an Associate Director to join our team and take an inter-disciplinary approach to save patients' lives.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to develop and coordinate genomic medicine efforts across hematologic malignancies. You will manage interactions with internal/external partners, lab teams, and stakeholders to drive deliverables. You will also engage with stakeholders to monitor, report, and ensure business-side and science-side progress, identify risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Master’s degree with 6+ years relevant experience or Ph.D.with 2+ years relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outstanding ability to work independently and with a team.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent data presentation skills.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Management consulting experience
- CAPM or PMP certificate
- Experience in highly matrixed structures in the pharmaceutical industry, diagnostics industry, or similar industries.
