Accountabilities:

• Provide technical support for SAP Systems run on HANA Database in On-Premises & AWS.
• Respond to end-user tickets promptly, owning basis issues to resolution.
• Optimize and tune performance of mission-critical systems running on HANA DB.
• Deploy SAP Systems on AWS.
• Monitor SAP System landscape for issues and undertake troubleshooting activities to resolve problems.
• Perform system installation, upgrades, and migration using SWPM and SUM tools.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Senior SAP Basis Consultant should have 7 to 9 years in SAP Basis with good working knowledge on HANA DB is must.
• Willing to work in shift patterns.
• Working knowledge related to SAP Basis tasks in Solution Manager is mandatory.
• Should have experience in deploying SAP Workloads in AWS.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Preferably an Engineering qualification (B.E / B.Tech) or equivalence.
