Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of biopharmaceuticals? As the Associate Director, Global Study Planning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the global study start-up strategy for new programs and studies. Your expertise will be essential in indication landscaping, feasibility assessments, data insights collection, and early operational planning. Collaborating closely with program and study teams, you'll drive data-driven start-up planning, operational feasibility assessments, and recruitment and retention strategies for medicines development on a global scale. Through partnerships across organizations and functions, you'll ensure effective delivery at all stages of global study feasibility, standardize processes, and optimize data utilization for informed decision-making. Accountabilities

In this role, you will partner with key collaborators to develop study plans that achieve recruitment and retention goals through strategic intelligence and data-driven early planning. You'll support end-to-end global study planning activities, demonstrating internal and external data assets to develop strategic scenarios that enhance predictability in early portfolio and study planning. Your contributions will include interpreting data to provide recommendations for strategic design and operational feasibility, analyzing feasibility assessment outputs, optimizing predictive models, identifying risks to delivery models, and continuously enhancing tools and exploring new data assets for feasibility. You'll also maintain awareness of new data utilization opportunities and technical innovations to optimize global study planning and delivery.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • 5+ years experience in clinical operations/study delivery including exposure to study start-up activities such as indication landscaping, country feasibility and execution of study planning strategy.

  • Good Collaboration skills- Ability to influence cross-functional collaborators without authority.

  • Effective communication skills- Ability to present complex data and analysis to collaborators to support and influence decision making.

  • Strategic planning skills – Emerging ability in developing study delivery strategies and tactical/operational plans.

  • Good Analytical skills –Demonstrated ability to analyse and interprete data from different sources to formulate recommendations that inform decision making.

  • Growth mindset – Ability to adapt to changing environment and organizational needs with an innovation mindset.

  • Bachelor’s level degree or higher education required.

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Advanced degree (MSc., MBA) is highly desirable.

  • PMP certification desirable.
