About the role:
In this role, you’ll seamlessly combine your IT expertise with collaborative skills to drive innovation across functions. Accountabilities:
Plan and execute small projects or segments of larger ones, focusing on activities, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities, and quality in line with IT Project Management Methodology (ADF).
Support senior managers in coordination roles, working primarily during UK business hours.
Manage scope changes and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment and project success.
Cultivate strong relationships with business stakeholders to align on and commit to project goals.
Lead steering and stakeholder meetings with a focus on status updates, issues, and risk management.
Assist in budgeting and schedule management to support strategic decision-making and project reporting.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Strong Project Management acumen, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Business acumen and sensitivity to the global environment.
Fair understanding of technology terminology and SDLC framework
Self-driven with a passion for professional excellence and resilience.
Experience leading small teams, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
Qualifications in agile and/or Lean/Six Sigma frameworks.
