CEEBA Project Portfolio Manager (Strategic Commercial Initiatives)

We are currently looking for a strong candidate with passion and aspiration to progress further career within international commercial environment, partnering with Leadership Team in Poland Commercial as well as CEE Area Leadership Team as CEEBA Project Portfolio Manager (Strategic Commercial Initiatives).
This role is great development opportunity giving wide exposure within various Poland/CEE Area strategic initiatives, working closely with various management teams. Those initiatives shall address various aspects of the healthcare transformation across several countries, as well as shaping up continues evolution in the ways of working ensuring simplification, efficiency and effectiveness at all levels in the organization.
Typical accountabilities
- Provides strategic planning and governance to best fit the business context, ensuring alignment of the initiatives with key priorities
- Supports the leadership in effective communication and building of the buy-in for the initiatives across the organizational stakeholders
- Provides project guidance, methods and tools that enable effective delivery. Identifies and amplifies best practices that lead to continuous process improvement
- Creates and nurtures a common project culture and mindset by effectively communicating and training our people
- Effectively identifies resource demands, manages and allocates resources appropriately by identifying priorities as well as actual or potential bottlenecks
- Coordinates the work of the different initiatives in line with the strategic goals and timelines
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Proven record of successful project delivery (ideally in the pharmaceutical industry and/or across geographies)
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and define business problems, develop business cases, and identify appropriate solutions
- Proven facilitation, meeting / workshop management, project management and change management skills
- Ideally, a good understanding or passion for one of the key AstraZeneca therapeutic areas (Cardiology, Diabetology, Oncology, Respiratory, Vaccines).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project/tasks/assignments simultaneously and effectively
- Fluent English
