Senior Director, US Access Strategy
Typical Accountabilities:
• Leads the exploration for, and evaluation of, a pipeline of potential pricing and contracting strategies and their integration into AZ business
• Reviews contracting opportunities for risk and compliance, from a financial and legal perspective.
• Encourages exploration of leading edge & novel marketing approaches that provide enhanced competitiveness to current and future AZ brands
• Improves efficiency, effectiveness, profitability, and administration of contracting.
• Ensures engagement of key stakeholders and governance bodies including: Brand Management Team, brand teams, skill centre leads, Long-Term Incentives and non-commercial functions as appropriate; in supporting the direction of the New Practice organization
• Builds and manages a flexible multi-skilled team capable of delivering group’s remit
• Serves as a core member of the leadership team, representing emerging new practice issues and opportunities as well as contributing to overall Marketing Strategy purpose

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Essential: Bachelors degree in relevant field (Marketing, Science, Economics or Finance); Strategic project leadership experience
• Desirable: MBA; Multi industry marketing practice; Thorough understanding of AZ business model with specific knowledge of brand team operation, brand planning and sales model
