This role is based in Barcelona, with an on-site commitment of three days a week. Fluency in English is required.

Are you ready to make a difference in the world of rare diseases? As a gMG Global Marketing Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the gMG Disease Lead and Strategy Lead by developing and executing global marketing activities that drive the launch and growth of ULTOMIRIS. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to projects related to the upcoming Gefurulimab launch. Your understanding of global market needs and competitive environments will be crucial in setting priorities that align with our strategy and tactics. Accountabilities:

- Collaborate in developing the gMG disease plan, focusing on Ultomiris, and lead tactical planning discussions with countries.
- Understand the digital customer journey in gMG to create impactful digital resources for global and country communication, following the company's digital strategy.
- Implement and execute annual marketing plans, including action plans and associated budgets.
- Liaise with external vendors to implement communication tools and develop campaigns and materials.
- Lead the internal process for developing, reviewing, approving, and disseminating promotional materials.
- Coordinate efforts for Global Tier 1-2 congresses and build positive relationships with medical societies.
- Support market needs and share best practices to maximize current business and support successful new launches.
- Lead monthly communications and cross-functional best practice forums with countries in coordination with relevant partners.
- Support Global Commercial Leads in organizing internal global disease forums and launch meetings.
- Demonstrate active participation in core team meetings and cross-functional team meetings.
- Collaborate proactively with colleagues in commercial operations, digital, market access, medical affairs, and other functions.
- Work with NMOSD and Gefurulimab teams to ensure overall neurology execution coordination.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- 3 years marketing experience acquired in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Strong digital knowledge and experience.
- Strong scientific orientation and background.
