As a Event Coordinator under our Medical Team, you will be responsible for providing support to the Medical Affairs Department and medical events and managing Early Access Program of New drugs
Your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
Collaborate with Medical Affairs counterparts and medical writers in planning and executing projects / events for internal and external purposes
Keep projects / event plans compliant, within budget and on schedule
Liaise with and manage external vendors when executing projects
Managing Early Access Program of New drugs
Essential for the role
University graduate
Possess a high ethical standard
Good communication and organization skills
A team player
Excellent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
Sound computer skills on Microsoft Office
Desirable for the role
Experience in project management
Experience in pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of the HKAPI Code of Practices
Excellent in spoken Mandarin
