What you’ll do
As a Brand Manager, you will manage AstraZeneca’s renal portfolio and work closely with other brand leads on marketing projects while managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives.
Your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
Brand Strategy Development: Creating and implementing a strategic plan for the brand to achieve business objectives, including market share growth, revenue targets, and brand positioning.
Market Analysis: Conducting thorough analyses of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for brand growth.
Product Launches: Leading the planning and execution of new product launches, including pre-launch activities, launch events, and post-launch evaluation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with sales, medical, regulatory, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand strategies.
Budget Management: Managing the brand's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
Marketing Campaigns: Developing and overseeing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
KOL Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders to support brand advocacy and credibility.
Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing the performance of brand initiatives and adjusting strategies as needed to improve outcomes.
Compliance: Ensuring all brand activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Essential for the role
University graduate in any discipline
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated, meticulous, able to work under pressure
5 years marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry
Desirable for the role
Prior industry and/or sales experience is desirable
Proven track record of strategic thinking, judgment and influencing skills
