Key Responsibilities
Strategic Influence: Align financial strategies with organizational objectives, providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making and enhance operational excellence within a rapidly evolving region.
Innovation Leadership: Champion the integration of cutting-edge technologies to position AstraZeneca at the forefront of industry innovations. Inspire and implement best practices that support our mission.

Global Engagement: Work within a global footprint, engaging with teams across North America, Europe, the UK, and Asia, including our new state-of-the-art facility in Singapore.
Your business partnering activities will include collaboration with Network Strategy, Product Development, Global Technological Operations, Finance Supply Chain, and Global Financial Services on specific projects, guiding the financial aspects from ideation to implementation.
In this global role, you will drive performance improvements, champion best-in-class forecast accuracy, and ensure effective reporting and budget execution, while seeking opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven business partnering experience.
Experience in a global pharmaceutical organization and a deep understanding of the drug development lifecycle and/or commercial aspects.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
General people and management experience.
Successful track record in developing others and strong coaching skills.
Demonstrable knowledge of global and corporate business contexts.
