Key Account Manager – Respiratory - East Czech Republic (Liberec, Hradec Kralove, Pardubice, Olomouc)

Establish and develop relationships with key institutional customers of AZ in a given region, seek business opportunities for the company's products and provide economic information for operational and strategic decision-making, effectively passing them on to company management and sales representatives.  Promote selected AZ products, provide special marketing programs. Coordinate sales activities for institutional customers and ensure optimization of the company's product supply according to local requirements in cooperation with the logistics department. 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Defining /redefining key clients for institutional customers in a given region

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the region

  • Mapping the needs of key clients

  • Support for the sale of az products in the form of orientation to the needs of key clients

  • Cooperation with product managers in promoting the sale of az products to the customers

  • Promotion of selected az products (determined by the manager of the sales department)

  • Cooperation with msrs, hms and sm within the region

  • Analysis of the region in terms of sales potential and utilization of this potential for az products  

  • Processing of special sales offers (business events, public contracts, demand management, etc.)   

  • Coordination of az employees in relation to key clients within the entrusted region — distributors, pharmacy chains, key pharmacies, special medical facilities

  • Negotiations on the optimization of the supply of the company's products (pharmacies, pharmacy chains, special medical facilities,)

  • Cooperation with business specialist and logistic manager

  • Cooperation with nhm on overall corporate kam strategy

Responsibilities

  • For creating/maintaining functioning cooperation with key customers

  • For effective communication in relation to msr, hm and sm on business activities in their region

  • For timely and accurate information about business opportunities and risks for az business in the vested region

  • For periodic analysis of az's position in its region and search for business opportunities and risks

  • For effective use of found business opportunities and fulfillment of sales plan to selected institutional customers

  • Proceed in accordance with the business plan and the current sales strategy

  •  for the management of entrusted funds (operational and investment means)

  • In cooperation with other az departments and partners in the regions (hm, msr, sm)

  • In cooperation with logistic manager and business specialist responsible for processing business offers, ensuring logistics and sales support of az products
