Area Sales Manager for Respiratory and Immunology,Hybrid Area
Introduction to role:
As an Area Sales Manager for the Hybrids Area, you will directly supervise a group of medical representatives, ensuring the delivery of sales results across Chulalongkorn Hospital and the Southern area. This role demands a seasoned leader who can share best practices and influence peers on a national level. You will be responsible for driving sales performance and fostering a high-performing team culture.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the team to meet or exceed established sales forecasts and call execution goals.
- Work with individual medical representatives to set appropriate and challenging goals for each territory.
- Proactively anticipate and address obstacles that may impede results.
- Assess individual and team progress toward goals, and provide coaching to improve performance.
- Develop medical representatives to enhance their skills and advance to higher career levels, including future Area Sales Manager roles.
- Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years experience with consistent success in specialty pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
- Proven success as District Manager
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management, written and oral communication skills
- Previous exposure and/or experience in other functional areas of the business such as Sales Training, Operations, Brand Team or Managed Markets
