Warehouse Material Handler - 2nd Shift (4X10 or (5X8)

Major Responsibilities:

Assist with various material receipts to include inbound finished goods receipts, requiring breaking loads down and verifying contents

• Pull and delivery of materials for packaging lines based off of production schedule and BOM.

• Responsible for replenishment of products into the various Kanban picking areas while maintaining quality and lot/batch integrity.

• Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy of finished product to include inventory reconciliation, random inventory verifications, and other inventory- related audits

• Perform pick, pack and ship activities of finished product orders for domestic and export customers in an automated warehouse environment to meet sales targets and due dates.

• Responsible for replenishment of products into the various picking areas while maintaining quality and batch integrity.

• Operate all forklift equipment in a safe, efficient manner to complete daily receiving and shipping activities.

• Assist with direct material or miscellaneous shipments for domestic and export customers.

• Complete various material receipts to include inbound Finished goods, Semi Finished goods and bulk materials, requiring completing the tally checklist, breaking loads down, verifying contents and storage.

• Operate shipping systems to include processing cases through a meter and scale area.

• Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy of finished product to include inventory reconciliation, random inventory verifications, and other inventory-related audits.

• Responsible to complete all shipping documentation fully and completely, including verification and filing in an organized manner.

Responsible to move damaged items to cage locations in SAP system as well as physical segregation.

• Load and unload trucks according to AZ Standards of Care, following all SHE requirements.

• Must have a good understanding of the various plant and business systems to include SAP Warehouse Management System user interface to perform/support daily tasks, make inventory system updates, and report back to other systems.

• Must have a good understanding of cGMP’s while following safe operating procedures and practicing ergonomic awareness

. • Must understand and comply with SOX controls and standard operating procedures relative to order processing, materials and components and finished good receipts.

• Must be able to provide direction to others when in various rotational warehouse assignments.

• Monitor shipping/receiving supplies and order items as appropriate for the warehouse and communicate needs in a timely manner • Must follow site containment procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• Must pass Fork truck Vision tests, conducted by the Medical Department to allow for safe operation of a forklift vehicle; tests are performed every three years • Must be certified to handle and ship products classified as dangerous goods

• Demonstrates understanding and use of LEAN Principles to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement

• Willingly adapts to change and accepts new ideas

• Must demonstrate good math and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in the use of PC programs such as Outlook and other PC-based training applications

• Highly motivated and able to work with minimal, direct supervision

• Promotes and demonstrates the concept of partnership

• Must have good interpersonal, organizational, communication skills, and high attention to detail

• Must have the ability to work independently and take initiative • Must have the ability to multi-task and set priorities
