Introduction to role:

Join our Global Supply Chain and Strategy (GSC&S) function as a Traceability Deployment Analyst. This role is integral to the delivery of the enterprise capability to enable the tracking of serialised products across AstraZeneca. We are seeking someone with a strong background in global change management across production, warehousing, and distribution processes. The role will require robust project and test management capability, particularly involving Global and Local SAP systems. Traceability and IT experience is also highly beneficial.

Accountabilities:

As a Traceability Deployment Analyst, you will support the development and rollout of global capabilities to meet the reporting and distribution requirements associated with serialisation legislation whilst aligning with global data standards & strategies. Your responsibilities will include technical management, design, and implementation of solutions to support the global traceability strategy. You will lead training activities for end users, run site-based workshops, collaborate across internal and external functions, manage and deploy global traceability solution documents, ensure compliance with global data standards, support system and process troubleshooting, share best practices, and establish & manage ongoing relationships.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Over 5 years’ experience supporting Automation & IT technology, preferably within the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Good understanding of serialization legislation and associated business processes.
• Experience and knowledge of distribution processes preferably associated to material track and trace.
• Demonstrable experience of collaborating across a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Exhibits leadership qualities to make quick decisive decisions where required.
• Experience of setting up, running and documenting process workshops.
• Working knowledge of corporate IT systems used for data management and warehousing.
• Demonstrable project management and change management experience.
• Broad and practical experience of computer and systems validation in a regulated environment.
• Effective communicator with a positive and confident attitude both written and verbally.
• Ability to make the complex simple.
• Can call upon a range of influencing styles in order to engage with different people.
• Overcomes constraints, barriers and impositions to progress, persisting until an agreed solution is reached.
• Experience of working Globally.
• Candidates should be willing to work in European time zone"

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Working knowledge of GS1 standards.
• Experience of working with ATTP, ERP, MDM applications
• Experience of working with serialisation at the packing level.
• Networking experience including interfacing between IT systems both manufacturing and corporate.
