T&D Vendor Management Lead

We are growing our Operations and Technology Solutions team, a key part of our global Talent & Development function within Human Resources. The role will be based in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Accountabilities:
As a T&D Vendor Management Lead, you will be responsible for performing the standard operating procedure and ongoing ownership of the T&D demand management process. You will identify and evaluate vendors, suppliers, and service providers to meet T&D needs and objectives. You will also craft and implement a centralized supplier management program; as part of program & portfolio supplier governance, partnering with Procurement on standard process guidelines and policies. You will also partner with Procurement to develop and deliver a T&D sustainability statement of intent linked to T&D’s third parties and 2025 strategy.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related field
- 5+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or related roles, preferably in a T&D or HR environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical approach with the ability to analyse vendor performance data

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experienced T&D COE professional with a good understanding of the enterprise programmes and offerings
- Understanding of T&D’s strategy and future ambition
- Knowledge of T&D principles, practices and tech solutions
