T&D Functional Lead learning experience

Now, we are looking for a T&D Functional Lead – Learning Systems to join our team. 

Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for overseeing the design development, implementation, and maintenance of our learning systems and technologies. You will play a meaningful role in ensuring that our learning systems meet the needs of our learners, align with our strategic business priorities, and enable efficient and effective learning experiences.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years + experience in capturing and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and leading system implementation projects
- Familiarity with learning standards, and protocols such as SCORM, xAPI, etc.
- Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate sophisticated information in business language
- Strong detail orientation
- Experience working within matrix project teams, including virtual working with teams across multiple regions

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience with popular LMS and LCMS system
