Introduction to Role:
Are you ready to work inclusively in a diverse team to drive change? We are looking for a SAP Technical Consultant with 8-10 years of SAP ABAP experience, including S/4 HANA and a good understanding of SAP systems like ECC, BW, APO, GST/ATTP, EWM and MDG. As a senior member of our technical team, you will be responsible for a large SAP support and maintenance project, spanning several SAP landscapes across continents.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be encouraged to work as part of a team in charge of maintenance & support (Incident & Problem Management) and new functionality (development) of the internal SAP system for AZ. You will be responsible for writing technical design and testing documents, working together with the Technical Lead Consultant, optimizing the application/ SAP modules, providing pro-active measurements and being critical towards issues and problems. You will also initiate changes linked to current/ new roll out of SAP Support Packages & Enhancement Packs together with Lead Consultant and customize and test based on Functional Design and Technical Design documents for Changes and/ or Problems.
Essential Skills/Experience:
CORE ABAP (RICEFW)
ABAP Object-Oriented & Classical Programming
Familiar with S4HANA AMDP/CDS/ OData
Modification concepts (Enhancement Framework/BADI/User exits)
SAP Integration (IDOC/PI-proxy/Other)
Forms (Adobe Interactive Forms/Smart forms/SAP Scripts)
Workflow ABAP
Good understanding of the Solution Manager CHARM process
BW and APO skills
HTML5/JavaScript (SAP UI5)
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
Proactive approach to problem solving
Experience working in a globally distributed team
Engineering qualification (B.E / B.Tech) or equivalence
SAP certification in HANA Programming or SAP Net weaver Development Associate / Professional level
