This role is crucial in coordinating all business data requirements within the related S/4 HANA design process, defining and documenting the S/4 Enterprise Data Standards, and ensuring that existing SAP ECC data is fit for purpose at the point of migration to S/4 HANA. Accountabilities:
As an SAP S/4HANA Data Design Expert, you will provide data subject matter expertise into the global process design cycle, ensure process designs align with S/4HANA data best practice concepts, and confirm the business context and alignment in accordance with defined data governance. You will also assist in the development of the S/4 Data Quality Strategy and secure its execution, lead and direct the prioritisation of data delivery as related to ODTC specifically Revenue and Rebates, and support project data migration processes.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Qualified Accountant with significant experience in Order & Distribution to Cash (O&DTC) processes and related data concepts
- Transportation Management SAP module and data set experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of how business data requirements support process execution and analytics
- Experience of designing and implementing Data Standards in relevant O&DTC space for a global enterprise
- Demonstrable SAP working knowledge across transactions and reporting in an SAP environment
- Experience of Business/IT partnering for the implementation of Data Governance-related solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a diverse, global team, within and across functions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives
- Ability to lead and manage negotiations across a complex group, to a target outcome
- Proven track record of delivery and ability to effectively prioritise to ensure goals and outcomes are achieved
- Demonstrated project leadership skills

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- S/4 HANA implementation programme experience
- Experience in life sciences and healthcare
- Experience in Data Governance
- Experience in measuring, managing and improving Data Quality
- In depth knowledge of relevant key business processes
