What you’ll do:
We are currently looking for a Primary Care Representative to manage Christchurch covering the South island(excluding Nelson and Blenheim), to join our NZ team. This role involves promoting class-leading products to General Practitioners and Allied healthcare professionals, building long-term relationships through your genuine passion for the positive impacts these products have on patient’s health.
This role is a full time, 12-month contract opportunity commencing ASAP.
Follow a structured selling process to understand the needs of the customer; demonstrate active listening, act on feedback, deliver personalised messaging and close with actions
Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan; analyse sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business outcomes and deliver on brand strategy
Make smart data-driven decisions by utilising all digital resources and tools available
Work as part of a high-performing and collaborative team to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives
Build long-term relationships through your genuine passion for the positive impacts these products have on patient’s health
Complete administrative requirements and work within a set promotional budget accurately and within a timely manner
Essential for the role
Experience from within the Healthcare industry
Proven successes in building strong external and internal relationships utilising strong communication, influencing and collaborative networking skills
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills and ability to self-manage
Ability and willingness to use different channels, technology and tools to engage with customers.
Desirable for the role
Previous experience in a GP sales role
Established relationships with the Christchurch primary health network
Tertiary qualifications in a Science/Health related discipline
