Accountabilities:
As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include preparing, updating, and implementing brand strategic/operational plans. You will gather and interpret customer segmentation, market analyses, competitor analyses, and other sector developments. You will contribute to ensuring consistent forecasts for the market, market share, and sales. You will efficiently use the investment budget through planning marketing activities to provide maximum benefit. You will establish bilateral communication with the Cross-functional team to ensure that strategic and operational plans are appropriately implemented. You will present business results vs. budget, market understanding, and insights to Senior business leaders at all levels in the organization.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience working as a Product/Brand Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the Hospital Healthcare setting
- A strong patient-centric approach with a sense of commercial innovation
- Documented experience of development and implementation of solid Strategic and Tactical plans
- Demonstrated experience with different marketing and digital channels activation (multi-channel / omnichannel)
- Ability to identify and apply new ways of interacting
- High integrity and ethical standards
- Master degree required e.g., in Marketing, Management, Life Sciences, Medical or relevant
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork capabilities
- Analytical and project management skills
- Ability to set and manage priorities, resources, performance targets, and project initiatives
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- High level of motivation and proactivity
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office
- Strong working proficiency in English (min. B2 level)

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience in Critical Care Business - Neurology (AVC units), Emergency rooms, immunohemotherapy
- Experience as a product manager in the hospital setting
