PET Serialization Engineer

As a PET Serialization Engineer, you will provide broad technical support to the PET in the form of automation and computer technology support. This includes working with PC and PLC based control systems, solving electrical issues, and evaluating upgrades/replacement components. You will also provide direct support of relevant data integrity programs across the PET, including both Formulation / Fill and Packaging. The role interfaces directly with the production staff and is a key resource for implementing continuous improvement, supporting existing equipment performance, as well as new equipment upgrade projects.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related scientific field.

- Minimum 5 years manufacturing and/or operations experience.

- Strong Project Management skills and ability to influence.

- SME on E2E Traceability Processes.

- Excellent, detailed understanding of GST systems.

- SME understanding of regulatory requirements. Knowledgeable in change management, team development, and leadership development tools and techniques.

- Role model in demonstrating skills in the areas of:  asking questions, active listening, providing feedback, self-awareness.

- Display of Leadership capabilities that support:  customer focus, integration of diverse views, ability to make decisions under pressure, and develop an objective view of other’s capability to provide coaching and feedback in the moment and continual self-development.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Masters Degree in Engineering, Science or related field.

- Pharmaceutical Industry experience.

- Lean/Six Sigma experience.

- Experience working with other markets/countries.
