What you’ll do
We are currently looking for a Medical Representative to join the Oncology team to continue and build on the team’s success.
As Medical representative, you will have principal function of calling upon specialist physicians and retail pharmacies. Technical expert of specific company products, therapeutic classes or patient needs. Typically establishes long-term relationships with key customers.
Reporting to the Area Manager/First Line Sales Manager
Typical Accountabilities
Successfully complete all training requirements, including product examinations.
Engage Oncology Specialists professionals in dialogue about approved indications, product efficacy/safety profiles, treatment guidelines and diagnostic tools, to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
Rigorous daily tracking of key accounts, adoption, and red thread execution.
Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in territory
Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.
Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.
Essential for the role
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience within the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative
Proven successes in building strong external and internal relationships.
Effective communication, influencing and collaborative networking skills.
Drive to be a self-starter, with confidence in your personal presentation, sales skills and the ability to make a positive impact.
Must be willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
Desirable for the role
Territory knowledge would be advantageous.
Current domicile similar with the vacancy.
Good English language capabilities.
