Medical Manager -- R&I

  • Objective:
  • To provide accurate and timely medical information/technical knowledge services to internal and external customers and to establish a link for the company through the medical function with external customers in the health care area.
  • Responsible for providing high-quality medical & scientific expertise on emerging treatment trends via in-depth expert medical and scientific product/disease area discussions and presentations of detailed clinical data in a non-promotional scientific context.
  • Serves as a leader of the Medical Liaisons therapeutic area, providing training and implementing internal standards and processes.

  • Contribution to Brand Strategy by supporting cross-functional team(s)
  • Scientific Information Management and Dissemination
  • Building Opinion Leader Relationships
  • Facilitate Local Clinical Research (as appropriate)

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Formal Education: University Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy

Other knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Project management/planning
  • Knowledge of written and spoken English (advanced).
  • Knowledge of specific Therapeutic Areas
  • IT knowledge (Proficient in MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
  • To be able to influence people
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to train people
  • Personal relationships skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Availability to travel
