Market Access Manager (Oncology) – Estonia

Introduction to Role:

Join as a Market Access Manager, where you will secure optimal market access conditions for existing and future brands. This role involves shaping the healthcare agenda and ensuring that our reimbursement dossiers and budget impact models are based on local needs and implemented effectively. Reporting to the Baltic GAMA Lead, you will coordinate and implement national price and reimbursement strategiesacross Estonia.

Accountabilities:

  • Achieve and retain appropriate reimbursement at target price level in the local country

  • Contributing to efforts in partnering to shape the health care agenda and building trust and a strong reputation

  • Innovate the future payer interactions

  • Execute agreed key activities to support brands

  • Gathering above brand and brand related insights from a payer perspective and distribute this to/within the GAMA, Medical Affairsfunction and BBU Leads.

  • Primary contact with local payers and governmental bodies (together with Governmental Affairs)

  • Active participation in the local implementation teams

  • Driving pricing, reimbursement, tenders together with national and regional market access

  • Drive engagement through active communication and coaching

  • Assures tasks are of correct quality and in accordance with written procedures and current legal requirements and internal standard

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • University degree preferably within health economics, social economics or business economics

  • Deep understanding of the governmental structure, the reimbursement/funding principles and the pharma business market place

  • Excellent knowledge in local and English language

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Documented examples on successful collaborative work with payers including reimbursement authorities

  • Previous jobs within governmental bodies

  • Previous work with data gathering and public health registries

  • Solid Leadership experience
