Learning Shared Services Specialist

Introduction to role:
Join our team as a Learning Shared Services Specialist and play a meaningful role in supporting AstraZeneca’s global brand teams and marketing companies. You will be responsible for delivering quality commercial content to external customers, including doctors, healthcare professionals, and patients. This is achieved by promoting, producing, and publishing outstanding commercial content for marketers and our global sales force, and embedding a digital compliance capability across the organisation.

Accountabilities:
As a Learning Shared Services Specialist, you will act as a consultant, recommending training solutions based on personal experience and client feedback. You will manage courses, upload various course content into the Learning Management System (LMS), manage workspace, and develop and maintain training aids for system users. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of business project process and governance documents.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of related experience working within an LMS environment (Preferred: Saba Cloud or Degreed or Xyleme).
• Experience in Content curation and troubleshooting eLearning content issues.
• Experience with all aspects of learning solution development preferred.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office programs, Excel and PowerPoint experience required.
• Solid understanding of Articulate and Captivate authoring tools.
• Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
