What you’ll do
You will be responsible for generating clinical demand for BU/TA medicines with healthcare professionals (HCP), pro-actively identifying opportunities, presenting value propositions, and recommending patient-centric solutions.
The long-term goal is to develop strategic and mutually beneficial relationships with the healthcare professionals (HCP) in general, Key External Experts (KEE) in particular, and potentially other stakeholders, based on a deep scientific understanding of the disease and therapeutic solutions, to identify the best opportunities for the assigned part of AZ's portfolio to deliver life-changing medicines to patients.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing individual institutions of critical importance to AstraZeneca, taking ultimate responsibility for their performance
- Responsible for generating demand for the promoted brand(s) with key institutions, proactively identifying business opportunities, presenting value propositions aligned with stakeholder needs and goals, and recommending business development solutions
- The long-term goal is to develop strategic and mutually beneficial relationships within institutions and potentially other stakeholders, based on a deep scientific understanding of the issues, to identify the best opportunities for the promoted brand(s) and deliver life-changing medicines to patients
Your profile
We are welcoming a wide range of previous experience, from fresh graduates to mature pharma professionals, with the right profile and potential to develop / utilise needed capabilities for a solid contribution and further progression in their career;
- Location - Beograd field-based role
- University degree, preferable Medicine or Pharmacy
- At least 5 years of working experience in a pharmaceutical company
- Hospital sales experience, and further on hospital sales experience with Biologics would be proffered
- preferable previous experience in hospital Key Account Management
- Very good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Personal initiative – ambition, proactivity and motivation
- Ability to work under pressure, resilience
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Customer orientation
- Good analytical skills
- Fluency in English language
- Good computer skills
- Valid B category driving license
