International Medical Director Breast Cancer

Are you ready to make a profound difference in patients' lives? As the International Medical Director for Breast Cancer, you will be at the forefront of supporting the launches of various new drugs and indications. This role is not just about driving the delivery of medical objectives and building medical capabilities within our teams, but also about improving Breast Cancer care across the region. Based in our Singapore office, or potentially other International offices, you will have the opportunity to develop fast with new product launches and bring our rich pipeline to life.

Accountabilities:
In this role, you will design the International medical strategy for selected brands in breast cancer, co-create the regional brand strategy with the commercial lead, and work cross-functionally to provide medical input and expertise. You will also support and influence key area/country medical teams, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality medical affairs communication and activities. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain relationships with key external experts and partners with the common objective to improve health outcomes in the region.

Essential Skills/Experience:
• Advanced degree preferably, a PhD in a scientific field or MD
• Proven demonstrated ability in medical affairs including country and preferably above country leadership experience of strategic medical planning, launch planning and execution 
• Solid experience in team management and project management
• Therapy area knowledge/experience in solid tumour oncology (lung cancer preferred)
• Extensive experience in collaboration with external parties and leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
• Solid business understanding
• Knowledge of the regulatory and compliance framework in which we operate
