What you’ll do

- Oversee the provision of HR services within the designated business areas, serving as the primary point of contact for HR within the business and vice versa. Provide valuable HR insight into business strategy and consult on various HR functional matters
- Take charge of implementing the organization's training and development strategy to ensure that employees' skills and performance align with the current and future needs of the company
- Drive and execute engagement initiatives to further enhance AZVN's reputation as a Great place to work

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
- Bachelor’s Degree or Above
- A strong track record in effective engagement and partnering with Senior Management Team
- A successful track record in designing and executing Talent strategies and solutions with measurable business impact.
- Ability to translate business strategies into people implications and resulting HR strategies and tactics.
- English proficient
- Good interpersonal skills/ Good at strategic planning
- Capable of timely and fast, accurate deliverables
- Strong at adaptability/ Good at change management
- Utilize analytical approaches to design HR processes, programs, and services that meet future business needs.
- Challenge and influence business leader’s thinking, providing alternative insights of business issues.
- 8+ years of experience in multiorganizational HR support role
Desirable
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
- Developed commercial and analytical skills
- Demonstrated understanding of organizational development principles
- Working knowledge of all HR functional areas
- Grounding in change management philosophy
- Training in organizational design
- Participate in succession planning activities
- Design experience of professional development interventions and materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects – prioritization, planning, task delegation, and coordination across multiple teams
