Accountabilities:

As a Project Coordinator in the Human Resources global function, you'llbe responsible for managingproject-related data, building project dashboards, coordinating internal and external portfolio reports, setting up complex meetings and workshops, and ensuring coordination of different business areas involved in a project. You'll also control small sub-projects under general guidance and coordinate all governance activities across the portfolio. Are you ready to take on these exciting responsibilities?

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Experience of working with various data sets and sources

  • Advanced excel skills

  • Experience in working with PowerBI

  • Experience in working in a global environment, supporting projects

  • Good English written and spoken communication

  • Competent in the use of relevant office equipment and systems (MS Office)

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in working with Smartsheet

  • Experience in working on a global / large scale programme

  • Knowledge of AstraZeneca project management framework

  • Flexibility – able to adapt working style to support programme needs

  • Collaborates well and able to work successfully across multiple functions
