Introduction to Role:

Join us as an HR Demand Partner, a pivotal role that supports the end-to-end demand delivery process. You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvements to HR processes and technology across AstraZeneca. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues globally across HR and IT to review, prioritize, and plan for the efficient delivery of demands.

Accountabilities:

As an HR Demand Partner, you will review new demand requests, gather requirements, and lead monthly sessions with Global Process Owners. You will also participate in requirements finalization calls with the requestor and IT analyst, leveraging your Workday background and understanding of HR processes. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for improvements to the demand process and provide project management support to the HR Operations and Solutions Team.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Business analyst with 4+ years supporting HR technology.

  • Proficient in creating clear and concise requirements.

  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships across HR and IT.

  • Ability to multitask and adjust to shifting priorities.

  • Experience with Workday.

  • HR background.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.

  • Lean or Six Sigma training.
