Working closely with our business partners, you will provide reporting and analytical expertise that will shape the future of our operations.

Accountabilities:

In this hands-on role, you will act as an internal consultant to a specific brand team, designing commercial solutions and enabling data-driven decisions. Your work will be based on thorough analysis and the best available information. You will need a high level of proficiency in syndicated and custom, primary and secondary data.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Quantitative bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Operations Research, Management Science, Economics or related fields.

• Excellent communication and business interaction skills.

• Proficiency with SQL, Python, PySpark, Snowflake.

• Solid understanding in data visualization tools (Qlik and Power BI).

• Experience in MS Office products – Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.

• Knowledge in IQVIA or Komodo Sentinel datasets and understanding towards pharma/healthcare landscape.

• Proficiency in manipulating and extracting insights from large longitudinal data sources, such as Claims, EMR and other patient level data sets.

• Analytical thinking and data aggregation skills.

• Expertise in managing and analyzing a range of large, secondary transactional databases.

• Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving ability.

• Ability to derive, summarize and communicate insights from analyses.

• Organization and time management skills.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with business leaders and cross-functional business partners.

• Strong communication and influencing skills.

• Strong organizational skills and time management; ability to manage diverse range of simultaneous projects.

• Knowledge of AZ and Alexion brands and it’s science.
