As part of the Global Omnichannel Delivery team within GBS Commercial Operations, the Content Delivery Associate (CDA) will support the Content Delivery team with asset delivery. The Content Delivery Associate will work closely with our Content Delivery team based in the US as well as with agency partners, preferred production suppliers, internal creative design and cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of marketing assets. This role will work with our teams globally to execute on requests from the US Commercial Marketing Teams.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as Project Manager for multiple projects simultaneously, working in collaboration with our internal and external partners to ensure project deliverables are met
• Partner closely with Content Delivery Managers to understand asset demand and prioritization
• In partnership with Content Delivery Managers, manage the operational planning and delivery of commercial marketing content production which may include websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral and social media assets
• Work collaboratively with both internal AZ teams and external partners located around the globe supporting the execution of production requests
• Track all projects in the approved project management tool so that we have accurate reporting
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, preferred production partners and cross-functional internal team members to ensure that assets are produced and delivered efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing, content delivery, marketing operations and/or an advertising agency required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Fluent in English
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Experience working with a collaboration/external partner
• Project management skills with experience managing concurrent projects
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is desired
