Change Management Lead

Introduction to Role:

Are you passionate about change management and have the expertise to back it up? Then this role is for you! As the Change Management Lead, you will be responsible for uplifting the Change Management capability of the Global IT Function. You will provide consultancy to teams across the Strategy, Performance & Quality (SPQ) Function, as well as the wider Global IT team. You will also play a key leadership role in the enterprise-wide Change Management community.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will develop and deliver comprehensive change management and communications strategies that drive engagement, adoption and consumption of process, organizational and technology changes. You will partner with colleagues from across IT to provide consultancy services. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining Change Management tools, templates, guidance, resources, and the intranet page. Additionally, you will run training sessions and workshops to educate colleagues on how to apply change management in their own role.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Expertise in change management, with a proven record of delivering successful change projects.

- Experience building out a change management strategy, framework and training plan.

- Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives.

- Highly skilled at facilitation and information gathering.

- Proficient at crafting compelling and aesthetically pleasing presentations.

- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language and in alignment with AZ business.

- Strong organizational awareness, business acumen, and customer orientation.

- Strong leadership skills, with ability to advise and engage teams to achieve strategic objectives.

- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills to analyse and resolve sophisticated called out issues.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Formal qualifications in change management, project management, and/or process improvement methodologies.

- Experience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical context.

- Pharmaceutical R&D experience.

- Project management skills in delivering internal projects and with external partners.
