Cross-functional administrative support and guidance
Invoice and vendor management, financial support

Meeting internal quality standards and industry regulations
Essential Skills/Experience
Professional proficiency in English and native Estonian
Specialist knowledge in business support activities in the relevant area
Experience as a Sales and Marketing assistant or functional assistant
Knowledge of coordinating external engagements (contracting, bookings)
Proven experience in functional administrative work
Proactivity in ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal code of conduct
Ability to prioritize workload to achieve personal and organisational targets
Desirable Skills/Experience
Flexibility – adapting easily to changing circumstances by adjusting perspective and approach
Strong cross-functional collaboration and conflict resolution skills
Problem-solving orientation with a focus on process improvement
