Associate Director, Capacity Management

Location: Gaithersburg, MD or Gothenburg, SE

Accountabilities:

As part of our team, you'll be driving key strategic data/systems based initiatives, standardizing processes, ensuring data quality, and enhancing portfolio delivery. You'll serve as a key point of contact for all capacity management reporting tools, training and process support. Your excellent problem-solving skills and interest in troubleshooting will be essential in maintaining the integrity and quality of portfolio data.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience within Project Management or related area required.
  • 5+ years experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and data management expertise.
  • Experience of Project Management, Portfolio and Capacity Management, analytics, and modelling in a drug development environment.
  • Experience of resource forecast modelling and analysis.
  • Ability to assimilate complex information and identify key issues and messages.
  • Highly numerate, supported by strong computing skills.
  • Experience of working effectively in global teams in an international environment.
  • Experience of communicating complex information in both verbal and written form.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Self-starter requiring little oversight or prioritization support.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Results orientated and organized with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines.
  • Experience in Planisware, Power BI, Business Objects.
