Accountabilities:
As part of our team, you'll be driving key strategic data/systems based initiatives, standardizing processes, ensuring data quality, and enhancing portfolio delivery. You'll serve as a key point of contact for all capacity management reporting tools, training and process support. Your excellent problem-solving skills and interest in troubleshooting will be essential in maintaining the integrity and quality of portfolio data.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience within Project Management or related area required.
- 5+ years experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and data management expertise.
- Experience of Project Management, Portfolio and Capacity Management, analytics, and modelling in a drug development environment.
- Experience of resource forecast modelling and analysis.
- Ability to assimilate complex information and identify key issues and messages.
- Highly numerate, supported by strong computing skills.
- Experience of working effectively in global teams in an international environment.
- Experience of communicating complex information in both verbal and written form.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Self-starter requiring little oversight or prioritization support.
- Strong customer focus.
- Results orientated and organized with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines.
- Experience in Planisware, Power BI, Business Objects.
