As an I&C Technician II, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our laboratory and production equipment. Your expertise will ensure that our systems operate smoothly, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Accountabilities

- Manage contractors and oversee vendors providing instrumentation support on-site
- Train fellow technicians on new procedures as needed
- Maintain all documentation in cGxP format
- Assist with root cause analysis on deviation events
- Support department and site projects
- Perform maintenance, calibration, and repair of process or utility instrumentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Use basic hand tools
- Utilize precision measuring instruments
- Read electronic schematics
- Must be able to read, write and utilize drawings, mathematics, handbook formulas
- Read mechanical schematics and piping diagrams P&IDs
- Must be able to work in a clean room environment
- Candidate must possess computer skills, be detail oriented, and be able to complete any required documentation in a timely manner
- Must have ability to communicate both orally and written in a clear and concise manner
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Essential Skills/Experience

2-5 years of applicable experience with HS Diploma/GED/Military Training

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $55,713.60 to $83,570.40 Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
