Job Title: Global Reward Programmes Specialist

Location: Guadalajara

Role Summary:

In this dynamic role, you will take charge of analyzing both internal and external compensation data, offering pivotal insights that guide our reward strategies. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and implement a world-class reward system that upholds AstraZeneca's status as a Centre of Expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Use advanced analytics tools such as PowerBI and MarketPay to conduct comprehensive reward analyses and salary benchmarking. Provide data-driven insights that inform compensation and benefits policy decisions globally.
  • Reward Strategy: Participate in global compensation processes. Harness market information by working with external data providers, engaging in surveys, and employing innovative market pricing tools and technologies.
  • Communication & Consulting: Translate technical analyses into business-focused insights, fostering good communication and consulting skills to address global, regional, and local business needs.
  • Process Improvement: Apply market-leading tools to continuously identify and implement annual process and technology improvements, contributing to an innovative and efficient reward strategy.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Promote effective communication and collaboration within the Global Reward Programmes team. Support team member development and collective achievements in a lively and hard-working team environment.
  • Secure Data Management: Oversee access and security protocols for reward survey tools and databases while managing global data contracts.
  • Strategic Consultation: Provide analytical support for reward-related inquiries, propose solutions, and offer informed recommendations for shaping reward policies.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Proficiency in PowerBI; knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on creative solutions.
  • Experience in handling large data sets to produce insightful and accurate reports.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience in working with confidential data.
  • Understanding of market data and grading/job evaluation processes.
  • Experience using salary surveys for data extraction and analysis.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
