Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of clinical operations? As the Strategic Analytics and Enablement Lead, you'll be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights, ensuring that our teams have access to high-quality, well-governed data. Your work will drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency throughout the drug development lifecycle. Are you up for the challenge?
Accountabilities:
Operational Data Governance: You'll establish and operationalize frameworks for data stewardship, standardization, lineage, and quality control across key data domains. Your leadership will ensure alignment with enterprise standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Analytics Project Leadership: Lead impactful analytics initiatives that translate operational data into business insights. Your projects will generate key performance indicators, dashboards, scenario models, and root cause analyses, supporting study teams and clinical operations functions in optimizing trial planning and execution.
By integrating governance with analytics delivery, you'll ensure reliable and traceable data usage, accelerating clinical trial timelines, reducing risk, improving patient access, and enhancing transparency across the portfolio.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's or Master’s in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
5+ years in data governance, clinical data analytics, or operational data strategy roles within pharma or biotech.
Strong background in clinical development processes and operational systems (e.g., CTMS, eTMF, EDC, Feasibility tools).
Proven experience leading cross-functional data or analytics projects.
Deep understanding of data governance concepts: stewardship, lineage, quality, ownership, and standards.
Strong project management skills (Agile or hybrid approaches).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, Python a plus).
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Experience with Clinical Operations metrics, KPIs, and performance management.
Exposure to FAIR data principles and semantic data layers.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements affecting data use in clinical trials.
