Join our GBS Analytics team to drive enterprise and data-driven B2B solutions. As a UX Designer, you'll be instrumental in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences, significantly influencing the design future within our team. Accountabilities:
As a UX Designer, you'll champion design thinking methodologies, conduct user research, and collaborate with stakeholders to define design requirements. Your role will involve ideating intuitive solutions, conducting usability tests, and balancing end-user needs with business objectives.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Master's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Media Design, or a related field.
- Strong UX design portfolio, ideally with data-heavy or enterprise products.
- A portfolio showcasing design for data and analytics products, focusing on clarity and usability.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to iterate and refine designs.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design with user and technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
- Clear communication, strategy, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work autonomously.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Enterprise Design Thinking
- UX tools that support analysis of multiple user insights such as dovetail
- Foundations of coding and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Innovation and Change Management mindset
