Introduction to role

As a Human Resources Advisor at AstraZeneca, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of technically exciting, interesting, and complex work. Working within well-established guidelines and with readily available higher-level support, you may have responsibility for one or more administrative functions such as company benefits administration within a smaller geography.
You may also be involved in project research under the direction of more senior colleagues. This role is ideal for those studying for Human Resources professional qualifications.
Accountabilities
As a Human Resources Advisor supporting the UK & Ireland, you will work within a team to deliver day-to-day advice on the administration of policies and programs covering one or a number of core areas of HR delivery within the UK & Ireland (e.g., recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, etc.).
You will handle your own tasks and operate independently to interpret, diagnose, and resolve identified problems, advancing only complex issues for resolution. Y
You will assist line managers to understand, interpret, and apply HR policies, including providing ground support in the execution of HR delivery in your specialist area.
