In this role, you will be instrumental in driving talent acquisition initiatives, supporting key development programs, and facilitating internal assessments. Accountabilities:
Co-own the execution excellence of Talent Development initiatives. Manage databases, oversee communications, conduct analyses, and ensure follow-up and adherence to deadlines.
Provide support to Inclusion & Diversity Program and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) as needed to promote an inclusive workplace.
Collaborate with HRBPs to refine recruitment strategies for D-level roles and assess candidate fit. Ensure assessment processes align with company standards and objectives.
Co-lead internal assessment processes, including scheduling, validation, and compliance monitoring.
Support data collection, analysis, and assessment processes for in-market and above-market programs.
Essential Skills / Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 - 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, development, or a related area.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with database management and Excel preferred.
Proficiency in assessment tools and recruitment software is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
