Granulation Associate II
The Processing Operator is responsible for executing manufacturing activities across various processing areas, ensuring compliance with GMP, safety regulations, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Dispensing Activities: Perform cleaning and changeover procedures. Accurately dispense APIs and materials following approved work instructions. Ensure proper GMP documentation, recording all dispensing and associated activities in logbooks and batch records.
- Granulation Activities: Conduct cleaning (WIP) and changeovers. Set up and operate granulation equipment per validated parameters. Maintain accurate documentation and demonstrate expertise in wet granulation, dry granulation, and roller compaction processes.
- Compression or Coating Activities is an Extra.
The Processing Operator is expected to be proficient in all key manufacturing areas (Dispensing, Granulation) and contribute to material management, including receiving, returning, and transferring materials and finished goods, along with performing SAP transactions.
Additionally, the role involves active participation in Lean Digital initiatives, process optimization, and continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support digital transformation efforts in manufacturing operations.
