Are you ready to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry? As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will be responsible for generating clinical demand for our brand(s) within key hospital accounts. You will proactively identify business opportunities and recommend innovative solutions. Accountabilities

Accountable for increasing prescribing of your brand through effective promotion to senior/influential customers within a defined set of key accounts through enhanced key account management working.

Proactively identifying account needs.

Develop local advocates in allocated accounts.

Nurture relationships with key internal and external partners that will realize business outcomes in the short, medium, and long term.

Coordinate opportunities with Healthcare Development Partner.

Consistently “Does the right thing” ensuring and Internal AZ processes, Compliance Governance Framework & IPHA/ EFPIA Code are followed.

Contribution towards the delivery of the annual P&L and contribution budget, and Sales targets.

Essential Skills/Experience

- Experience in technical science-based selling environment with a sound knowledge of key account management within a healthcare setting

- Proven track record of sales & business management success in technical scientific selling environment

- Demonstrated skill in analyzing business needs, with a talent for planning and organization.

- Self-starter and effective problem solver- responsible for own actions and results

- Strong communication and team working

- Strong knowledge of the IPHA/ EFPIA Code

Desirable Skills/Experience

- Business/commercial related degree and relevant therapy experience

- Experience and success ideally

- Current knowledge and experience of AZ designated territory and customers

- Experience of influencing successfully in a complex organization

- A flexible approach in being able to adapt as the brands develop in the marketplace.
