Job Title: Senior HR Solutions Partner R&D

Location: Gaithersburg, MD

Your expertise will guide managers and HR colleagues through HR policies, processes, and programs, driving business-specific initiatives with innovative digital platforms. Accountabilities

  • Provide expert HR advice on employment-related matters, collaborating directly with managers on workforce concerns.
  • Ensure HR processes are implemented uniformly and efficiently across the business aiding Senior Leaders and HRBPs with performance management, reward, workforce planning, talent management, and providing data insights for informed decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to deliver effective solutions to the business.
  • Collaborate in the design, leadership, and execution of project work on behalf of HR Solutions across the organization.
  • Support complex transformational initiatives in the business.
  • Interrogate complex business needs to determine advanced workforce solutions,
  • Take a lead role for a single function within the business and be the US point of contact for the team.
  • Assist the team with resource planning and work assignment.
  • Support onboarding and development of HR Solutions Partners.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • 8+ years of experience within HR
  • Bachelor's Degree, Masters preferred
  • Practical experience providing HR advice and exceptional customer service to colleagues and senior leaders
  • Experience working in a globally located team with excellent analytical skills
  • Technical HR knowledge/skills associated with one or more of the following subject areas: Resourcing, Performance & Reward, Employee Relations, L&D, organizational change
  • Attention to detail; accomplishes tasks and processes accurately and completely
  • Effective communicator and able to build relationships quickly
  • Self-starter, able to deliver on own initiative and prioritize independently
  • Hunger for personal learning and self-driven development
  • Proven project management capability
  • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and more complex IT tools including AI.

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Possesses knowledge and understanding of HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow)
  • Experience in managing/interacting with a sizeable internal customer base

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $116,698 to $175,047.  Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
