The Senior Finance Analyst plays a pivotal role in providing high-quality financial management services, essential for achieving our operational and strategic financial objectives. The analyst collaborates proactively with the Senior Finance Director to identify and address business risks and opportunities. They develop pragmatic solutions to challenges and assist in the implementation of best practices across financial processes. Additionally, they support Finance Management and the Oncology Business by ensuring financial transparency and risk disclosure.

Accountabilities/Duties:

  • Manage franchise investment forecast and performance while collaborating closely with business partners in marketing and medical affairs.

  • Support financial modeling and planning activities for the quarterly and annual business planning cycles.

  • Oversee the month-end close process.

  • Prepare and present financial results and recommendations to leadership.

  • Ensure that financial results are tracking towards targets.

  • Drive efficiencies and develop innovative solutions to improve processes and reporting.

  • Assist with profit and loss (P&L) management.

Essential for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

  • 2+ years of experience in financial management

  • Outstanding analytical and communication skills with a strong execution track record

Desirable for the role:

  • MBA, CPA, CFA desired

  • Experience in Pharma/Biotech/Medtech environment preferred

  • Experience in managing large processes or projects

Office Working Requirements

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $91,661 to $137,492 USD as an annual base salary. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
